If you are not satisfied with your product, simply call or email us the day you receive the product, return it within 10 days and we will refund your money minus shipping cost. If the product is damaged when received, call or email our office the day you receive the product, return the product to us within 10 days and we will give you a complete refund or replacement.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the address and zip code we are given.

Standard Shipping & Handling Charges: All items are expertly packaged and shipped via ground delivery service. Your silk floral arrangement or hard good items will arrive fully assembled and ready to enjoy!

Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories must be included. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.

Please package your item back into its original packaging. Include a note with your name, address, phone number and order number. Your account will be credited with a full refund when we receive the returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
